opr8 Labs ("opr8", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and business name, when you book a call, fill in a form (including forms on Facebook or Instagram), or email us.
- Answers you give to short questions about your business, such as team size and where time is lost.
- Information about how you use this website, collected through cookies and similar technology, including the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To contact you about the enquiry or call you requested.
- To prepare for and deliver our services.
- To measure and improve our advertising, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited this site.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It lets us see which ads lead to visits and booking requests, and lets Meta show our ads to people who have visited the site. Meta may collect information such as your IP address, browser details and the pages you view, and may combine it with other information it holds under its own privacy policy.
You can control ad personalisation in your Meta ad preferences, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Google (calendar booking and email) and Meta (advertising and lead forms). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not otherwise disclose your information unless the law requires it.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@opr8labs.com. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
